6. REGISTRATION AND MEMBERSHIP

6.1 To place bets with ATAS, you must complete the account opening and membership application. We retain the right to reject your Membership Application without providing any explanation.

6.2 You warrant that all information provided during registration and Membership Application completion, including your name, funding sources (such as relevant bank accounts and card numbers), and residential address, is accurate, truthful, and complete.

6.3 We undertake reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality of any personal information disclosed to us. Unless compelled by applicable laws and regulations, we will not disclose or report your personal data or betting information.

6.4 Safeguarding your personal information is your responsibility. We may disclose and transfer your personal data to our payment settlement service providers and financial institutions as necessary for payment processing.

7.2 ATAS reserves the right to decline all or part of any bet placed, without providing a reason, at our absolute discretion.

7.3 Bets must be made online and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Any bets made through other means (e.g., post, email, fax) will be void.

7.4 ATAS may suspend or close a customer’s account if a breach of these Terms or suspicious activity, such as cheating or manipulation, is detected. Any winnings and account balance may be forfeited.

7.5 Any abnormal bets, including those made using artificial intelligence or bots, will be void. Use of artificial intelligence may result in account termination.

7.6 Once bets are confirmed, they may not be cancelled or changed. It is your responsibility to ensure bet details are correct.

7.7 You are responsible for all activities and transactions associated with your name, account number, username, and password.

7.8 Bets are valid when a transaction ID is displayed on your screen and reflected in your transaction history.

7.10 Match results are determined on the date of conclusion according to the Betting Rules. ATAS does not recognize suspended games or protests for betting purposes.

7.12 Only one bet per event is accepted (no opposite betting is permitted). ATAS’s decision regarding bets and associated transactions is final.

8.SOFTWARE LICENSE

8.1 You acknowledge and agree that the Software provided by ATAS download is the company’s property, and you do not acquire any rights to it. You are prohibited from adapting, copying, modifying, reproducing, distributing, or otherwise making the Software available to others.

8.2 ATAS grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Software on your own Device(s), provided you are the primary user of the Device.

8.3 The Software is licensed and distributed by ATAS solely for enabling users to access and utilize the Services.

8.4 You are prohibited from installing the Software on a server or networked device, transferring or assigning it to others, renting or sub-licensing it, creating means for others to use the Software, translating, decompiling, modifying, or using it in any manner prohibited by applicable laws.

9. SETTLEMENT OF TRANSACTIONS

9.1 ATAS retains the right to withhold settlement of a transaction if there are discrepancies between the bank account and the registered name.

9.2 Please note that your winnings do not include the bet amount, and this should be taken into account when placing your bet.

9.3 ATAS is not liable for any funds credited to an account in error, and reserves the right to void any transactions involving such funds. If funds are mistakenly credited to your account, it is your responsibility to promptly notify ATAS.

9.4 You are solely responsible for the payment of any taxes, fees, charges, or levies applicable to your winnings under relevant laws.

10. SECUREMENT OF WINNINGS

10.1 Any winnings resulting from settled bets will be credited to your account and can be withdrawn in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

10.2 Your funds will not be released under any circumstances if the full value of your deposit has not been played through in its entirety.

10.3 Withdrawals from your account can only be made in the same currency as the deposits were made.

10.4 The bank account used for the original deposit must match the name of the registered account.

10.5 ATAS retains the right to charge your account for all reasonable costs associated with both deposits and withdrawals.

11. PROMOTIONS AND BONUSES

11.1 All promotions at ATAS are strictly limited to one account per user. Any collusion or use of multiple accounts will result in the confiscation of all bonuses and winnings.

11.2 Turnover requirements for bonuses exclude all non-live table games (e.g., Blackjack, Video Poker, Craps, American Roulette, Baccarat) and non-slot games, unless otherwise specified.

11.3 ATAS calculates turnover based on settled bets with resulting wins or losses.

11.4 Turnover requirements for bonuses do not include bonuses themselves as effective rebate.

11.5 Bonus validity lasts for thirty (30) days from the issuance date unless otherwise stated. Failure to meet wagering requirements within this period will result in the removal of bonus funds and associated winnings.

11.6 ATAS reserves the right to unilaterally execute, modify, change, or cancel promotions without prior notice.

11.7 All promotions are subject to these Terms and Conditions, and ATAS may suspend, withdraw, or modify promotions at any time.

11.8 ATAS may block, deny, suspend, withhold, or withdraw users from promotions if abuse or attempted abuse is detected, at our sole discretion.

11.9 ATAS reserves the right to void any bets made by individuals or groups engaging in collusion or fraudulent activity. Confiscation of funds in such accounts will occur immediately.

12. INDEMNITY

12.1 By using ATAS services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATAS, our employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents from any loss, damage, or claim, including reasonable legal fees, arising from a violation of the Terms and Conditions and/or Betting Rules.

13. VIOLATION

13.1 ATAS reserves the right to pursue all remedies for any violation of these Terms and Conditions, including denying or restricting access to the Services, Website(s), and Information to any individual, terminating accounts, or blocking access from specific Internet addresses, at our sole discretion.

13.2 You agree to indemnify and hold ATAS and its affiliates, employees, agents, and associates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from:

i. Your breach of the Agreement, in whole or in part;

ii. Violation of any law or third-party rights;

iii. Use of the Services and/or Site by you or others using your login details.

14. MISCELLANEOUS

14.1 The English language version of this Agreement prevails in the event of any discrepancy between translated versions.

14.2 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between ATAS and you regarding the Services and the Site, superseding any prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements.
